Programme overview

The Oxford General Management Programme focusses on developing exceptional leaders through mastery of both foundational business disciplines and advanced leadership capabilities. Participants will strengthen their business acumen while elevating capabilities in self-leadership, team dynamics, and organisational strategy.

The programme examines leadership through three lenses:

  • Leading self: Cultivating self-awareness, strategic foresight, and authentic leadership presence
  • Leading teams: Mobilising talent through inspiration and strategic influence
  • Leading organisations: Leading innovation, execution excellence and change at scale

Additionally, the Oxford Business Essentials build mastery of core competencies: financial analysis, strategic thinking and operational excellence, which underpin executive decision-making.

This integrated approach creates leaders who combine analytical rigour with human insight and are capable of making strategic decisions while inspiring change.
